Old Business

Jeff Lister said that he would have the water fountain for vestibule of church before next meeting,  David Ayres and Mark Rhodes discussed the work they have done on updating the men’s bathroom in the Parish Center and said it should be completed soon.  Mark Rhodes said that after checking out where to position the AED (defibrillator) in the vestibule of the church, that he would like to make a box with a glass front, so the defibrillator can be seen, with a sign attached identifying it. Everyone agreed this would be an excellent way to make the defibrillator more accessible and thanked Mark for making the box and displaying it.

Father Wolford passed out literature concerning sister parishes in our diocese. After looking over the information and discussing the different aspects of becoming a sister parish, Father Wolford said that he has a meeting scheduled with the daughter of the representative of Missions International that had come to a Pastoral Council meeting in 2008 to present information for Holy Angels to become a sister parish to St. Hubert in Haiti. A member of Holy Angels’ Pastoral Council from that time will also be at the meeting.  Father feels this would help to know what had previously been done in our parish to establish a sister parish.

New Business

Jeff Lister announced that Friday, September 21, 2018 and Friday, March 22, 2019 are the dates for Trivia Nights.  Sandy Ventimiglia said that the tentative date of Sunday, June 24, 2018 for the Spaghetti dinner would not be possible due to a conflict of dates with those coordinating the dinner.
